    I had an amazing experience at this hotel, and it definitely felt worth every penny. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff, especially the doorman Rashed, were friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home.

    Morning meal could benefit from adding more English TV channels.

    I enjoyed its so caring and friendly stuff and the rooms were comfy with 7 bags. The location was incredible, really close to Jeddah. Moreover, the hotel was a 10-15 minute walking distance from St Paul's Church.

    We had an very nice experience at the swissotel. the rooms were clean and comfortable. the location was very convenient, and we were consistently impressed by the friendly and helpful staff. a special shoutout to mahfuj, who made us feel welcomed and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our visit. it is one of the best hotels we've ever experienced.

    I had a wonderful stay! The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, and the breakfast had plenty of options. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the bellman. Just a heads up, though: the rooftop pool closes early, and some rooms can get noise from the street.

    Comfortable bed, room was comfy, with a safe, cable programming and a mini fridge bar. A fully furnished kitchen was a plus. The location was marvellous and particularly good in the middle of jackson and met what we needed.

    During our recent family trip, we stayed for two nights and were thoroughly impressed by the hotel. The staff were welcoming and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. We were delighted with a room upgrade to a spacious one-bedroom suite. The location was perfect, surrounded by good cafés and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious, and the housekeeping staff maintained an perfect standard of cleanliness. Special shoutout to the fitness team on the 12th floor for their professionalism.

    I had a decent stay here! The location was super convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. Plus, the underground parking was a big plus-no need to worry about where to leave my car. I also really appreciated the spacious rooms, which made it easy for us to unwind after a busy day.

    Sadly, my experience was marred by a lot of noise—traffic kept me up all night! I also had issues with the room changes; the first two rooms were noisy or had bad smells. To top it off, the breakfast options were pretty limited. Disappointing, especially for the price!
